Job summary

Radiant Systems Inc is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist in Austin, TX to provide day-to-day technical assistance to local and remote staff. You will handle Windows and MacOS, Office 365 apps (Excel, OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint), and mobile device support.

You'll manage inventory, asset tracking, and hardware rollout, with strong documentation and clear communication of technical solutions to non-technical users. Occasional travel to another Austin office may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication required.
• Ability to translate technical information for non-technical users.
• Proven accountability and attention to detail in IT tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to staff for hardware and software on laptops and mobile devices (Windows & Mac).
• On-site role in Austin, TX office, 5 days per week.
• Assist in hardware/software inventory and rolling out new systems to end users/groups.
