Job summary

State of Colorado’s Governor's Office of Information Technology is hiring a Desktop Technical Analyst to provide Tier I/II desktop support for a diverse user base across Colorado agencies. You will image, deploy, and maintain workstations, manage assets, and troubleshoot hardware/software in both remote and on-site environments.

The role requires 3+ years in desktop support, familiarity with Microsoft OS, Office, Azure, Intune, and SCCM/MECM, and experience with ticketing systems.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of professional experience in an occupational field related to desktop support at the Tier II level.
• Experience in a professional service desk or desktop environment.
• Preferred experience with Windows OS, Office, Azure, Intune, SCCM/MECM.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I and II desktop support to a diverse user base.
• Resolve hardware and software issues remotely and on-site.
• Image, prepare, and deploy computers.
• Manage asset information systems.
• Proactively manage change orders, incidents, and problems.
