• Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
• Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing on-site tasks.

We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate tasks, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role provides on-site assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate manner to ensure optimal service delivery.

The Desktop Support Engineer provides first- and second-level technical support and efficiently assigns and dispatches service requests. This on-site role ensures end-user issues are resolved promptly—either directly or by coordinating with other technicians—by triaging tickets, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining strong communication between IT and users.

Work Model

• On-demand / field support role
• The Service Delivery Team will share work assignments
• Engineers will be contacted via phone or email when support is required
• Engineers will receive site location, SPOC details, and reporting time before each assignment
• No guaranteed number of working hours
