Axiom Technologies in Worthington, MN is seeking a capable desktop support technician to provide onsite and on-call end-user assistance, ensuring timely, accurate service delivery within the organization's computing environment.

Responsibilities include first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices; respond to requests via ticketing system; install, upgrade, and maintain Windows, macOS, and Linux; configure new workstations and manage assets.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years in a desktop support, helpdesk, or IT technician role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Zendesk, or JIRA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

• Provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Respond to service requests and incidents via ticketing system, phone, or in-person.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) and software applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Set up and configure new employee workstations, including user accounts and permissions.
• Maintain asset inventory and documentation of IT equipment.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding from a technical perspective.
