Qualifications

• 1–3 years in desktop support, IT operations, or systems administration.
• Practical, working knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Solid understanding of PC hardware with assembly or repair experience.
• Proven troubleshooting skills across hardware and software.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on technical assistance for office technology and end-user environments.
• Assemble, configure, upgrade, diagnose, and repair PC hardware and workstations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic connectivity issues to identify root causes.
• Maintain and support Linux-based workstations in a technical financial environment.
• Assist with infrastructure deployments, system updates, and routine IT workflows.
• Document procedures, solutions, and troubleshooting guides.
