Job summary

Analog Modules, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer II to deliver advanced technical support for desktop hardware, software, and network issues in an enterprise setting.

You will act as an escalation point for Level I support and assist in deploying, maintaining, and improving IT systems and services. The role emphasizes minimizing downtime, optimizing end-user experience, and contributing to IT projects with technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and three years related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective verbal and written communication to collaborate with coworkers and users.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues escalated from Level 1 for hardware, software, and network problems.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, OS and software applications.
• Manage user accounts, including rights, security, and system groups using Active Directory.
• Document resolutions and track incidents in a ticketing system.
• Mentor junior support staff in resolving issues and best practices.
• Contribute technical expertise to IT projects and system improvements.
• Provide proactive, high-quality customer service to users under pressure.
