Job summary

GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician to deploy endpoints, support infrastructure, and manage hardware lifecycle, ensuring timely service delivery and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities include installing and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices; imaging devices; provisioning through decommissioning; and asset management. Strong problem solving and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience providing desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device support.
• Experience in imaging, deploying, and provisioning workstations and devices.
• Experience with asset management and device lifecycle.
• Experience handling incidents and service requests in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong problem solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Image and deploy workstations and mobile devices.
• Manage device lifecycle from provisioning to decommissioning.
• Track hardware inventory and manage asset records.
• IT shipping, receiving, and dispatch of devices to end users.
