Job summary

Qualifications
- Completion of high school or equivalent and college coursework in computer-related fields.
- Experience delivering desktop and mobile endpoint troubleshooting in a public safety or 24/7 environment.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and enterprise endpoint management.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot MDCs, AIS workstations, desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Respond to Help Desk requests and diagnose hardware, software, network, and access issues.
- Troubleshoot wired/wireless connectivity, switches, APs, and related infrastructure.
- Support Windows-based workstations in an Active Directory environment and VoIP systems.
- Assist with deployment, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle replacement of computing equipment.
- Maintain documentation, inventory, service records, and Help Desk tickets.
