Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or 2–4 years related experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for employees needing computer support.
• Troubleshoot desktop, hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computers and related equipment.
• Set up computers for new and existing employees.
• Diagnose technical issues and coordinate repairs or replacements when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of equipment, systems, upgrades, and support activities.
• Provide friendly, responsive support while helping employees resolve technology issues efficiently.
• Assist with other technology projects and initiatives as needed.
