Qualifications

• Understand AI concepts and discuss common AI tools for workplace use.
• Demonstrate good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Be able to work on-site in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install desktop and laptop systems with data migration and end-user support.
• Provide general end-user support for enterprise desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Resolve hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with desktop hardware peripherals and daily backup procedures.
• Liaise with third-party software/hardware vendors to support issue resolution.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IT infrastructure using monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with Dayton office staff and assist with other duties as assigned.
