Actus Search is hiring a Desktop Support Analyst for its New York team, supporting 500+ users in a Windows environment on-site and remotely. Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012+.
• Detailed knowledge of Office 365 and Azure, including Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint and DLP.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, remote access, and software deployment.
• Experience installing, troubleshooting and managing desktop hardware.
• Degree or equivalent experience in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Scripting in PowerShell or Python.
• Networking knowledge and exposure to Linux

Responsibilities

• Support a global community of 500+ users in a Windows environment, on-site and remotely.
• Fix issues quickly and communicate effectively with users and teams.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with Level 2/3 teams and external vendors for complex issues.
• Follow ITSM runbooks and incident management processes.
• Monitor and resolve incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams on longer-term improvements
