Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of IT desktop support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving insurability standards.
• Ability to travel occasionally and lift 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to employees in person, by phone, email, and remote assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues across devices and networks.
• Install, configure, maintain, and repair desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Document support requests and resolutions in the help desk system.
• Follow established service standards and escalation procedures.
• Maintain hardware and software inventories and assist with license tracking.
