Job summary

Diamondback Energy, Inc. is seeking a Building and Corporate Services Technician in Midland, TX. The role focuses on hands-on maintenance, moving, construction, and meeting support across company facilities.

You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure efficient operations and reliable service delivery. You will oversee repairs, communicate with facilities management, and propose cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical, construction, or technical work in a building maintenance setting.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, and general building repair.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have a safe driving record to be insured.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of vendors and service providers as needed.
• Routinely drive between multiple Company locations and vendors to deliver materials and supplies and conduct maintenance.
• Act as the central point of contact for any building maintenance inquiries, including renovations, office furniture repair, construction, and replacement.
• Communicate with facilities management about any work that requires outside expert assistance
• Leverage experience to thoughtfully recommend facilities solutions and approaches that add value for the Company.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with Human Resources, Safety and Security, and other teams.
