Job summary

Altimetrik is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support for end users at the Reston, VA area. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network and OS issues with a focus on Windows environments and Active Directory.

The role requires 2+ years in desktop support, strong customer service skills, and experience in corporate IT. Onsite work at the client location is expected.
