Job summary

4 Corner Resources in Orlando, FL is seeking a Desktop Services Lead to be the senior technical owner of end-user technology across the enterprise. You will lead deployments, hardware refreshes, and escalations, guiding technical resources and shaping how the organization supports its employees.

You will oversee deployment and support of laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices, coordinate upgrades, ensure security and compliance, and partner with IT teams and vendors to implement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise desktop and workplace technologies.
• Experience with Windows OS deployment and Microsoft 365 management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment, configuration, and support of laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Coordinate hardware refreshes, office openings, relocations, and rollouts.
• Ensure endpoint deployments meet security, compliance, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to deliver technology implementations.
• Manage daily Desktop Services work so incidents, service requests, and project deliverables are completed on time.
• Prioritize work across multiple initiatives while meeting service-level commitments.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex desktop, printing, and endpoint issues.
• Lead troubleshooting for critical incidents and high-impact business issues.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, Service Desk, and business teams on integrated solutions.
• Track operational performance and find opportunities to improve service.
• Build and maintain technical documentation, standards, and knowledge articles.
• Analyze recurring issues and put proactive fixes in place.
• Support initiatives that modernize workplace technology services.
