  • Proficiency with digital publishing and design applications (e.g., InDesign) essential.
  • Experience in UN system or similar international organizations desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the team production of official documentation using digital publishing technologies.
  • Incorporate edits from reporters, revisers and editors, ensuring formatting and content guidelines are followed.
  • Retrieve documents from the UN Official Documents System and verify terminology.
  • Assist senior Desktop Publishing Assistants and update information materials (web pages, brochures).
  • Maintain flexibility with shifts and potential overtime.
