Innova Solutions is seeking a Systems Operations Engineer - Production Support for the Charlotte, NC and Chandler, AZ locations. You will contribute to resolving moderately complex issues and collaborate with client teams to meet engineering deliverables, leveraging policy, procedures, and compliance requirements.

The role requires hands-on experience with Linux, Windows OS, Autosys, ServiceNow, App Dynamics, Splunk, and a readiness to work 24/7.

Systems Operations Engineer - Production Support

Position Type: Full-time (Contract ) Duration: 24 Months Location: Charlotte, NC and Chandler, AZ

As a Systems Operations Engineer - Production Support, you will:

Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Systems Operations Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function policies procedures and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with client personnel in Systems Operations Engineering.

Review and analyze moderately complex Systems Operations Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experienced Working Knowledge of varying technologies including Linux, Autosys, Windows OS, Harness, ServiceNow, TFE, Cloud Management Portal, Big Panda, App Dynamics, Thousand Eyes, Splunk. Proficient level experience with incident management, problem management, and change management. Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

ServiceNow TFE Cloud Management Portal, SQL Big Panda App Dynamics Thousand Eyes Splunk Incident Management

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Salary Range*: $40 to $48.50 Per hour. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
