- Set up workstations with computers and peripherals (routers, printers).
- Install and configure software per specifications.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and access issues to the network and shared resources.
- Maintain security and privacy of networks and systems.
- Provide user guidance on new software and equipment.
- Document incidents and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
- Support users via phone, email, and in person during business hours.
