MetLife’s Global Technology team is seeking a desktop performance specialist to monitor and optimize the user experience across the enterprise. You will lead proactive assessments and coordinate improvements to keep desktop environments fast and reliable.

This hybrid role in Cary, NC requires working three days in the office and offers 85k–105k USD with potential incentives and comprehensive benefits. Collaboration with IT staff and end-users is essential for success.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of desktop performance and identify areas for enhancement.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues affecting desktop performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support and guidance on desktop monitoring tools.
• Analyze data from monitoring tools to identify trends and improvements.
• Develop and implement performance-improvement strategies including hardware upgrades and software optimization.
• Monitor and report progress of performance initiatives.
• Provide guidance to IT staff and end-users on best desktop practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies for desktop performance.
