Job summary

Keep Simple, a large global financial and insurance products company, seeks a Performance Monitoring Engineer to ensure the performance, availability, and reliability of business-critical applications across cloud and hybrid environments.

Using Dynatrace as the standard monitoring platform, you will expand coverage, improve alert quality, develop dashboards, and support data-driven incident triage in a global, multicultural team. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in application development, DevOps, SRE, or production operations.
• Strong observability concepts incl. metrics, logs, traces, SLAs.
• Troubleshooting production performance using telemetry and structured methods.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, containers, Kubernetes, Windows and Linux.
• Experience with AWS or Azure environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Dynatrace monitoring across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot OneAgent, ActiveGate, and platform integrations.
• Validate monitoring coverage and data quality for onboarded services.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and service health views for teams and leadership.
• Lead incident triage with root-cause analysis and remediation tracking.
• Automate monitoring onboarding and operational activities via APIs and IaC.
