Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Engineer to implement and support enterprise desktops in a hybrid work environment. You will manage Intune, SCCM, and policy controls, serving as a Tier III resource for Windows desktop issues.

You will also drive governance, device enrollment, and automation efforts while maintaining documentation and engineering standards across the desktop estate.

Qualifications

• Preferred 2+ years of experience in SCCM or Intune for desktop management.
• Experience delivering end-to-end desktop solutions within standards.
• Ability to document, troubleshoot, and support desktop environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support desktop environments from requirements through implementation.
• Manage Intune, SCCM, and policy/compliance controls for desktops.
• Provide Tier III support for Windows desktop issues and governance.
• Develop automation and scripts to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Document runbooks, standards, and support procedures.
