Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is currently seeking a Desktop Engineer to implement, administer, and support enterprise desktop management. The role focuses on secure, compliant Windows environments managed via Intune and SCCM, with emphasis on policy delivery and desktop security controls.

The engineer will work with Security and IAM teams, contribute to automation and runbooks, and drive modernization efforts while ensuring reliable user experiences across the organization.

Qualifications

• Preferred 2+ years of experience working in SCCM or Intune for Desktop Management.
• Executes desktop solutions within defined standards.
• Supports technologies end-to-end through implementation and operational support.
• Contributes to architecture decisions through technical expertise and practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support desktop environments from requirements through implementation and operation.
• Manage Intune, SCCM, compliance policies and desktop security controls.
• Serve as a resource for desktop management and tier III Windows issues.
• Maintain governance for desktop configurations, enrollment, deployment and compliance.
• Partner with Security and IAM on compliance and identity initiatives.
• Participate in desktop modernization and device lifecycle projects.
• Create automation, reporting, and efficiency through scripting.
