A top NYC hedge fund is hiring a Desktop Engineer. You’ll be on the front line keeping portfolio managers, traders and quants up and running. You’ll also be learning from a senior team that will actually invest in you.

What you’ll do:

• Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook and Excel add-ins, in person and remotely

What you bring:

• Less than 3 years of experience. That’s it, no more.
• Hands‑on Active Directory and Windows/M365 support
• Some PowerShell, or a real desire to learn it
• Comfort with patching tools (KACE, SCCM, Intune) and imaging
• A great personality: friendly, sharp, calm under pressure, and you actually like helping people
• Discretion. You’ll see sensitive data.
• Bloomberg, financial services or certifications are a bonus

The must-haves:

• Local to NYC, 100% onsite. No remote, no hybrid.
• US Citizens only
• US Educated is a must
• Occasional after‑hours work for patching and restores
