This role is dedicated to maintaining and securing desktop environments within a complex, multi-office financial infrastructure. The Desktop Engineer owns the implementation, support, and security of desktop systems and related infrastructure globally. The position is responsible for device management, troubleshooting, system integration, and supporting security policies to ensure a resilient, compliant desktop environment that supports business operations.
5+ years in IT support within financial services
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Industry experience supporting highly regulated financial environments
This role will lead efforts to enhance desktop security, streamline system management, and support global users, directly contributing to organizational operational efficiency and security compliance.
