Job summary

The Phoenix Group Advisors is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain global IT infrastructure across multiple locations. You will own deployment, patching, and operational stability of Windows Server environments, VMware, and cloud services.

The role emphasizes security, performance, and compliance with architectural standards, requiring hands-on management and collaboration with technology teams to deliver reliable business systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience, preferably in finance or trading environments.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft cloud services.
• Proven expertise in VMware, Citrix, Azure, and AWS cloud platforms.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell; experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with security tools and protocols: MFA, RADIUS, SAML, Kerberos.
• Familiarity with Cisco UCS, PURE Storage, SCCM, and endpoint security.
• Ability to support globally dispersed locations under 24/7 operation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.

The Systems Engineer owns the deployment, support, and ongoing optimization of core infrastructure components, collaborating with technology teams to deliver reliable business systems.
