Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT Management/Administration or related Information Technology field.
• Four years education/experience related to configuration, installation and support of workstation hardware and information technology support.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills; both oral and written required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide the basic level of workstation support, including installing and troubleshooting workstation and peripheral hardware and software.
• Support customer base with workstation security administration and documentation.
• Deliver customer training and direct support for desktop and endpoint issues.
• Act as a customer-oriented partner for enterprise-wide workstation problems and requests.
