Job summary

National University of Singapore is hiring for Temporary IT Desktop & AV Support on a 6-month contract at the Kent Ridge Campus. You’ll handle first-level IT helpdesk tasks for staff, assist with device provisioning and AV setup for events across several venues, and escalate complex issues as needed.

The role requires a diploma/degree in IT or related field and 1–2 years of relevant experience, with strong Windows/Mac and AV systems knowledge. On-site work across multiple sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Media Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2 years of relevant IT helpdesk/desktop support and/or AV technical support experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows/Mac end-user environments and AV systems (audio, displays/projection, video conferencing such as Zoom/Teams).
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites and support events outside standard hours per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level desktop support for end-user devices and software.
• Assist with provisioning, imaging, deployment and returns for staff onboarding/offboarding.
• Provide AV setup, operation and teardown for events and meetings across venues.
