Job summary

National University of Singapore (Kent Ridge Campus) is seeking a Space Management Services & Projects Technical Support to oversee space management, facilities operations, and event logistics within the School of Computing. The role includes coordinating maintenance, access control, and space usage planning to ensure safe, functional spaces.

You will support relocations, renovations and procurement of furniture/services, working closely with stakeholders to plan, coordinate and follow through

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in building and facilities management.
• Experience in space management, venue operations and event logistics is advantageous.
• Experience supporting project works (relocations, renovations, alterations, improvement or reinstatement).
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems (HVAC, BMS, electrical, ELV) and general building services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with staff, students, contractors and vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic design/drawing skills (AutoCAD/Visio) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance, repair, rectification and reinstatement works with contractors and service providers.
• Monitor cleanliness and upkeep of SoC premises and escalate where needed.
• Handle door access, keys, records and access control responsibilities.
• Track and manage work tickets and ensure timely closing of requests.
• Support space management, room/venue allocation and event logistics.
