Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Desktop Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing desktop support, managing network cabling systems, and ensuring smooth operations across various technical infrastructures.

Desktop JobResponsibilities:
DesktopSupport:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting fordesktophardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintaindesktopoperating systems and applications.
  • Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions.
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolutions to technical issues.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical problems.

Key Responsibilities forDesktopSupport Engineer:
  • Diagnoses and troubleshoot hardware and software issues ondesktopsystems.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications.
  • Collaborate with users to identify and resolve technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the proper use ofdesktopsystems.
  • Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related todesktopsystems.
  • Continuously improvedesktopsupport processes and procedures.
Cable Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair cable TV and internet systems.
  • Test and troubleshoot issues with network communication.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 1+ years of professional technician experience anddesktopsupport.
  • Familiarity with industry tools and equipment used for cabling anddesktopsupport.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work at tall heights and lift 50+ pounds.
  • Strong knowledge ofdesktopoperating systems (Windows, macOS) and software applications.
  • Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.

JobEnvironment:

This role requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. TheDesktop Support Engineer will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with other IT teams and providing direct support to end-users.

Please note that this position requires working every other weekend.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
