This position involves installing software and updates, configuring system settings, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The Desktop Support Administrator responds to incoming ticket requests, calls, and walk-in requests and when needed, travels to other sites to provide on-site, deskside support to the client. In addition, this position will perform service desk functions, on-site functional tasks, and be available to support clients through participation in on-call rotation.
