Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Desktop Admin/Workstation Support Consultant in North Charleston, SC for a 12‑month contract. The role covers software installation, hardware setup, imaging, and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will diagnose issues, image via SCCM, configure VPN with token authentication, and support mobile devices and printers while maintaining 8am–5pm schedules and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Desktop Technician/Administrator.
• Proficient with Windows 11/Office365 products/Outlook/Teams/OneDrive.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve imaging issues for PCs/laptops/tablets.
• Experience supporting mobile devices and printers is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install software and set up hardware for clients.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot computer issues; image via SCCM.
• Support imaging for PCs, laptops, tablets, and rugged devices.
• Configure VPN access with secure token authentication.
• Provide excellent customer service and interface with clients.
• Manage imaging workload and respond to requests.
