Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking an IT Asset Technician in Irvine, CA to manage end-user desktops and laptops, image configurations, and onsite asset audits. The role includes data collection, discrepancy resolution, and customer-oriented support.

The candidate should have a high school diploma, ~2 years of related experience, familiarity with IT tracking, barcode scanners, ServiceNow, and PC imaging, plus the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and lift equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; typically 2 years related experience.
• Experience with IT tracking and barcode scanners.
• Experience with ticketing software; ServiceNow a plus.
• Experience imaging and configuring PCs.
• Basic computer troubleshooting skills.
• Strong Windows operating system background.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds and perform labor-related duties.

Job Requirements

Details:
