CompucomStaffing is seeking a Deskside Support Technician to join our client’s onsite team in New York, NY. You will handle deskside and end-user support, own Jira tickets, and provide high-touch service to local leaders and VIPs.

Our client has a new opportunity for a qualified Deskside Support Technician to join their team onsite in New York, NY. The ideal candidate is independent, resourceful, and comfortable being the face of IT for the office. They take ownership, prioritize on their own, and know when to escape to remote teams.
The rate for this position is between $24.75 - $33.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
