Our client is currently seeking a qualified Deskside Technician to join their team onsite in New York, NY.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day onsite IT support for end users
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and user accounts
• Perform workstation deployments, setup, and refreshes
• Assist with user onboarding and offboarding activities
• Coordinate with remote Service Desk and Engineering teams for escalations
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and asset inventory
• Deliver white-glove support to executive and VIP users
• Support network, wireless, and conference room technology as needed
• Ensure timely ticket updates and adherence to service expectations

Skills And Qualifications

• Strong desktop support and troubleshooting experience
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure/Entra ID
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi)

Wage Range

The rate for this position is between $25.12 - $33.50 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
