Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in Seattle, WA. This role provides onsite and remote technical support for desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related IT equipment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end users, maintaining equipment inventories, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically proficient, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
The rate for this position is between $19.50 - $26.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
