Job summary

Symposit LLC is seeking a Tier II Deskside Technician for on-site support at multiple Maryland locations including College Park, Silver Spring, and Rockville. The role involves installing, configuring, and repairing desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, with IT and software support across offices.

Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance and have 1 year of Tier 1/2 experience plus two years of related coursework.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• 1 year of Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience plus two years of college level or vocational coursework in computer science or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Install, connect, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair desktop/laptop hardware and software.
• Provide on-site Deskside Support at multiple locations in College Park, Silver Spring and Rockville, MD during 6:00 am–6:00 pm shifts.
• Document all reported problems and follow standard operating procedures; assist with remote support and tickets.
