Job summary

KTek Resourcing LLC is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to deliver hands-on Deskside/OSS/FSO support across end-user environments and remote locations. The role covers servicing Desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, printers, AV equipment, and more, with OS imaging, software installs, and troubleshooting.

You will provide 2nd line Deskside IT support, support Azure, Intune and Active Directory users and policies, handle basic LAN connectivity, AV systems, and ticketing in

Qualifications

• 2nd Line / Deskside IT Support to end users
• Troubleshoot Desktop PCs, Laptops, Tablets, Smartphones, Thin Clients & Printers/MFDs
• OS imaging/reimaging, software installation and troubleshooting
• Provide support for Azure, Microsoft Intune & Active Directory users, groups and policies
• Troubleshoot basic LAN/network connectivity, desk cabling & communications patching
• Support AV / Video Conferencing equipment
• Manage and update tickets through ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Perform asset inventory, equipment moves and end-user device upgrades
• Provide end-user training and technical guidance
• Take ownership of incidents and service requests through resolution while meeting SLAs
• Provide onsite support at remote offices/sites when required

Responsibilities

• Image and reimage OS, install software and troubleshoot
• Support Azure, Intune, and Active Directory users and policies
• Troubleshoot LAN and network connectivity, desk cabling

• Log and manage tickets in ServiceNow or similar
• Maintain asset inventory and perform device moves
• Offer end-user training and technical guidance
• Own incidents through to resolution meeting SLAs
• Provide onsite support at remote offices as needed
