Job summary

Harrah’s Northern California in Ione, CA is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide first-level support for desktop devices, printers, scanners, POS terminals, telephony, and PC kiosks. You will log incidents, diagnose basic problems, and escalate complex issues while delivering friendly, customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment.

Maintain desktop procedures and provide end-user training as needed.
Ensure system downtime is logged and reported.
