Key duties include reviewing claims, gathering information from policyholders and witnesses, documenting findings, analyzing coverage, and negotiating settlements. Strong communication and collaboration with underwriters and legal advisors are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• CPCU or AIC certifications preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Review claims to assess validity and coverage.
• Gather information from policyholders and witnesses.
• Document findings with clear, thorough reports.
• Analyze policy language to determine applicable coverage.
• Prepare settlement recommendations.
• Negotiate settlements with policyholders and third parties.
• Resolve disputes professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with underwriters and legal advisors.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Support catastrophe response as needed.

Education
