CITON Claims Solutions is seeking a Desk Adjuster in Melbourne, FL or Dallas, TX to investigate, evaluate, and settle general liability claims. You will handle claims from intake to resolution, including coverage analysis and settlement negotiations, while ensuring compliance with policy terms and company guidelines.

Ideal candidates will bring 8–10 years of liability claims experience, a college degree, and active adjuster licenses in Florida and the home state.

Competenze

• 8–10 years in a claim adjusting role with liability focus
• College degree and industry certifications strongly preferred
• Valid adjuster license in home state and Florida
• Strong understanding of liability policies, coverage evaluation, investigation and dispute resolution

Mansioni

• Review claims documentation to determine validity and coverage
• Gather information from policyholders, witnesses, and other parties
• Document findings with detailed reports and notes
• Analyze coverage by reviewing policies for applicable liability
• Prepare thorough findings and recommendations for settlements
• Negotiate settlements with insureds, vendors, and attorneys
• Resolve disputes professionally and efficiently
• Maintain clear, professional communication with all stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams (underwriters, legal) to resolve complex claims
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and company policies
• Support catastrophe response during disaster events as needed
