Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate insurance claims to determine damages or losses.
• Interview policyholders, witnesses, and relevant parties to gather information.
• Examine damaged property, accident scenes, or other evidence to support findings.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for claim decisions.
• Collaborate with legal and medical teams to ensure accurate evaluations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders throughout the claims process.
