Responsibilities

• Build and run a comprehensive communications calendar for designations.
• Own and deliver activation content packages for leaders with clear calls-to-action.
• Coordinate cadence and segmentation with Agency Communications and Field Enablement.
• Run end-to-end study cohort operations including scheduling, enrollment, reminders, pacing.
• Implement accountability mechanisms to confirm cohort participation and course enrollment.
• Own near-completer execution with follow-up cadence and handoffs to leaders.
• Analyze data to identify designation target audiences and develop targeted prospect lists.
• Partner across teams to ensure aligned execution and consistent field experience.
