Job summary

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to establish, communicate, and execute brand goals in an assigned area (sales, operations, visual, HR, scheduling, training, safety, loss prevention).
• Provide leadership to Team Leaders to achieve sales and service goals and maintain visual standards.
• Address associate relations issues and escalate to the Store Manager as needed.
• Coach and develop team members to meet sales goals and grow talent.
• Manage workloads with Store Manager and ensure plan execution across the store.
• Analyze reports to prioritize initiatives and boost sales and customer experience.
• Communicate with management about sales, customer feedback, and training needs.
• Collaborate with reports and act as a role model for teamwork.
• Ensure payroll budget is met and coordinate scheduling with Store Manager.
