Job summary

CB2 is seeking a Team Leader, Design & Trade to run daily operations in the design and trade business and coach the team to deliver exceptional service and meet sales goals.

You will drive the in-store customer experience through clienteling, CBHCC initiatives, and design service appointments, oversee the design desk and coordinate with the Design Coordinator on appointment management and merchandizing, while mentoring the team to maximize sales and design services performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• Full-Time roles: open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload as determined in partnership with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on exceptional performance and maintain a strong visible presence in the department/work area.
• Support performance and development for the designated team to encourage professional growth.
• Provide specific and timely feedback about performance directly to associates and share observations with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, visual, policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company systems, policies and loss prevention guidelines.
