Qualifications

• Senior engineering leadership experience in a design center, BU, or enterprise level.
• 15+ years in engineering, product development, and technology leadership; 300+ people
• Proven cross-functional NPD delivery across hardware and software
• Deep familiarity with systems engineering and platform engineering
• Experience with electrification and embedded systems platforms
• Strong people leadership and succession development
• Cross-functional partnership with Product Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Own total engineering delivery for the Towson Design Center, accountable across the DEWALT portfolio.
• Drive new product development excellence with cross-functional partners.
• Build and lead a high-performing Towson engineering leadership team.
• Integrate Towson with Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Mexico engineering.
• Shape the technology agenda and drive platform architecture and value design.
• Embed engineering process rigor and quality standards across Towson programs.
• Set and monitor KPIs for development cycle time, quality, and cost reduction.
• Foster a culture that attracts and retains world-class engineering talent.
• Collaborate with enterprise leadership to anticipate technology trends and roadmap
