Burns & McDonnell is seeking a senior Design Technology leader to direct the Midwest Department, aligning technology strategy with business goals and client needs. You will mentor staff, drive performance reviews, and implement development roadmaps across Akron and Columbus locations.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with HR, and a strong focus on safety, innovation, and efficiency in digital delivery across multiple software platforms in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial direction and leadership of the Design Technology Department for the Midwest Region.
• Develop and implement a competency-based development roadmap for staff.
• Lead performance appraisal processes and career path development.
• Oversee onboarding, recruiting collaboration, and staff growth strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to align department goals with T&D and Burns & McDonnell objectives.
• Maintain safety and compliance with policies.
