Job summary

You will manage a small team and work closely with engineering on maintaining and scaling component libraries, ensuring alignment and quality of implementation. Candidates should have over 6 years of experience, strong skills in Figma, and a solid track record of building SaaS design systems. This role requires in-person presence in the San Francisco office.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product design, design systems, or front-end/UI engineering.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience building design systems for SaaS platforms.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and scale component libraries and accessibility standards.
• Define and own the vision and strategy for Ivo’s design system.
• Partner closely with engineering for implementation quality.
• Develop workflows for designer and developer collaboration.
