Qualifications

• 4+ years in brand design, design systems, product design or related field.
• Deep command of brand identity and design standards.
• Strong Figma skills, experience maintaining design systems.
• Fluency in typography and layout details.
• Experience in writing and scaling AI skills for design outputs.
• Comfortable building lightweight design apps and tools.
• Experience with AI as a part of the workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the design systems for a16z.
• Create scalable templates and modular frameworks.
• Build repeatable systems for high-volume design needs.
• Write and maintain documentation for AI outputs.
