Job summary

Ivo Inc. is seeking an exceptional designer to manage the vision and execution of the design system in San Francisco. The ideal candidate should have over 6 years of experience in product design or front-end engineering and have a proven track record in managing teams. Responsibilities include creating component libraries, partnering closely with engineering, and shaping best practices for design documentation. This is a full-time role requiring in-person work five days a week in the San Francisco office.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product design, design systems, or front-end/UI engineering.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience building design systems for SaaS platforms.
• Deep expertise in Figma and component libraries.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and scale component libraries and design tokens.
• Define and own the vision for Ivo's design system.
• Partner closely with Engineering for system adoption.
• Develop workflows for designer and developer collaboration.
• Shape best practices for design documentation.
