Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product design, design systems, or front-end/UI engineering.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience building design systems for SaaS platforms.
• Deep expertise in Figma and systematic file organization.
• Ability to communicate system rationale and implementation guidance.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and scale component libraries and design tokens.
• Define and own the vision and roadmap for the design system.
• Partner closely with Engineering to ensure system adoption.
• Develop workflows that improve designer and developer collaboration.
• Shape best practices for design documentation and guidelines.
